There are many courses out there that show you the things to say when you get an objection; "Google" the objection when you get it and you'll find something that will help you the next time around. That's great and highly encouraged (seriously, I do it) but this is something that I haven't been able to find anywhere else.
I feel that if every F&I Manager out there read this selling guide, there would be a lot more happy customers with more F&I products out there (as well as happy F&I Managers!).

Good, easy read that offers a couple of ideas to F&I Managers with a little seasoning under their belt.

It's a quick (20 minute) read and not something I would consider revolutionary or mind-blowing. If you've ever come back from an F&I training course feeling rejuvenated and ready to set the world on fire with a couple of new ideas, expect the same here. It's less than $8 so it's probably worth the investment just for the motivation. Seasoned F&I Managers will read it and just accept a couple of new ideas to try and newbs will need a little background before being able to use the information completely.
If you are looking for a process from start to finish that you can implement today, there are better choices out there. I prefer this one as it is still fairly brief but outlines everything to get you from setting up the deal to menu presentation and some basic closes:

Simple and straight to the point!

I am a new F&I manager and I want to be the best, period. Training to be the best I found this book and Is amazing how everything in the book is right on the money. My mentor is very good at what he does, so I bought this book for him and he was impressed. The "system" that this book explains is the exact system he uses. Thank you for putting this advice in writing and help us F&I guys to improve our skills! GET THIS BOOK NOW!!
